Discuss Legal Issues 
 
Vice Mayor Curtis moved to authorize the City Attorney to negotiate a settlement 
agreement in the matter of Robert Roberts, LLC vs. City of Athens, TN, with a maximum 
settlement allowance of $86,000; Councilmember Duggan seconded. Following discussion, 
the motion was put to a vote. Motion Approved.
