There was a motion made by Eric Newberry and seconded by multiple members to
move the meeting over to council chambers due to the number of people who

showed up for the meeting.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approval of the November 25, 2024 work session minutes

The minutes of the November 25, 2024. work session were approved on motion by Sam
Stephens: made the motion to approve with the name correction to the October 28, work
session minutes; seconded by_ John Proffitt: vote — unanimous.

2. Approval of the November 4, 2024 regular minutes

The minutes of the November 4, 2024, work session were approved on motion by Sam
Stephens; seconded by_John Proffitt: vote — unanimous.

Mr. Newberry said there was a correction that needed to be made to the minutes. He was
shown as absent, but second two motions.

Mr. Newberry was present at the November 4. 2024. Planning Comissions Meeting. The
corrections will be made.

The motions passed contingent to the corrections being made to the meeting minutes.
