local liquor store privilege licenses issued within the city shall be limited to two (2).” 
 Unless City Council decides to keep the limit of retail liquor stores allowed within the city limits to two (2), one of 
the following Ordinances will have its first reading.

ATHENS CITY CODE TO REMOVE THE NUMERICAL LIMIT ON LIQUOR STORE LICENSES

ATHENS CITY CODE TO INCREASE THE LIMIT ON LOCAL LIQUOR STORE PRIVILEGE LICENSES
