motion by Shawn McKeehan; seconded by Jona Garrett; vote — unanimous

1. Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) request for Sue Parsons — 13 Walcon Lane, repair
porch decking and support beams.

Staff presented the application in petitioners’ absence, after discussion the following occurred.
