Work damaged by fire or other cause during construction, (iv) a significant amount of 
defective, neglected, or delayed work by Contractor, (v) acceleration of the progress 
schedule involving services beyond normal working hours, or (vi) default  
by Contractor.

 Reviewing a Shop Drawing more than three times, as a result of repeated inadequate 
submissions by Contractor.  
• 
 Providing the services of a Resident Project Representative to observe and document 
the work of the Contractor.   
• 
 Preparing a “Final Notice of Acceptability of the Work” or other construction contract 
close

out documentation.  
• 
 Preparing or assisting Owner in preparing O&M manuals
 .  
• 
 Post
 -
construction phase services, including warranty period site visits and providing 
opinions regarding acceptability of work or corrections needed.   
• 
 Other services performed or furnished by Engineer not otherwise provided for in this 
Agreement.
