Not assigning this agreement to any other party without the written consent of the City.
Can amend this agreement with written approval from the City.

Continue the term of the agreement indefinitely until one party gives the other party a
written notice of intent to terminate at least six months in advance.

Pay for the salary of the following employees, if the demand is necessary, and the funds
are available:

Veterinarian, full time and/or part time
Veterinarian techs
Adoption Coordinator
Executive Director
Office manager
Cat room cleaners
g. Receptionist(s)
Pay for the cost of spay, neuter, emergency veterinarian services, treatment for fleas,
ticks, heartworm treatment and prevention, microchipping, costs to foster animals and
cost to transport animals out-of-state for adoptions.

Be authorized by the City to use the shared space to store items and conduct periodic
sales of items to the public or those adopting animals to reduce the cost of the
operation of the Adoption Center.

Will pay for renovation of the Facility to complete the conference room with doors and
add a cat room with door and window.

3) This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and no representations,

inducements, promises, oral or otherwise, between the parties not embodied herein shall

be of any force and effect unless in writing and signed by all parties.
