Description

Tum Lane Improvements $43,515
- Demolition of existing asphalt to removal existing storm
water piping and to install new proposed 15” RCP (Including
Headwalls)
- Stripping arcas where proposed asphalt is going
- Getting areas to dirt subgrade for proposed asphalt. Does not
include any base stone
- Installing the proposed storm water piping with headwalls and
gravel backfill
- Traffic Control for our duration of work

- Stabilizing areas that get disturbed

This is a quotation on the goods named. subject to the conditions noted below:

Qualifications:

Monthly progress payments shall be made for material received and work completed

We will noi indemnify nor hold harmless the owner, his agents or employee or assigns against
their own negligence or negligence of others beyond our control.

Our proposal is valid for 30 days subject to prior sales and potential matenal/fuel increases

We reserve the right to negotiate mutually accepiable terms and conditions of the contract

We provide the manufacturer's standard warranty on purchased products. We also provide ane-
year maintenance warranty.

Our pricing is based on one sile mobilization, continuous and uninterupted operation.

Access to site, sufficient parking for our employees and subcontractors

Sufficient staging area for earthwork and concrete equipment, including but not limited to trucks,
front end loader, excavator etc

GC to provide an onsile location to dump excavation spoils

GC to provide utility services, including water and electricity as required.

GC to provide all ventilating equipment, including but not limited to negative air pressure equipment or fresh air supply equipment

if necessary,
Materials causing auger refusal are out of scope.

Exclusions:

Bond, HAZMAT and liquidated damages
Any material testing not noted above

Removal of unsuitable soils
Any material or additional work required by inspectors, or gavemmental agencies that are not
