Preliminary meeting with TDOT staff to review the Encroachment Documents.
* Coordination with Owner for required paperwork,
* Submittal for permit.
* Meeting with TDOT staff to review comments.
* Respond to up to two rounds of comments.

Once the technical review is complete, the Owner is responsible for providing the necessary paperwork
such as Maintenance Bonds, indemnity Agreements, and Bonds to TDOT to obtain the construction permit
The approved, permitted set of plans will become the Civil documents issued for construction.

SCHEDULE
Once given notice to proceed via a signed copy of this agreement, Kimley-Horn will complete the services

listed in Tasks 1 and 2 based upon a mutually agreed upon schedule.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES IF REQUIRED
Any services not specifically provided for in the Scope above, as well as any changes to the project scope,
will be considered additional services and will be performed at our current hourly rate or as otherwise agreed

to prior to their performance

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CLIENT
KH shail be entitled to rely on the completeness and accuracy of all information provided by the Client or
the Client's consultants or representatives. The Client shall provide all information requested by Kimley-
Horn during the project, consisting of but not limited to the following:

1. Existing Survey for Congress Parkway

FEE AND BILLING
Kimley-Horn will perform the Scope of Services for a total lump sum fee as shown below. Individual task

amounts are informational only
