RE: Funding TDOT Entrance Improvement – Congress Parkway and Lee Drive

Overview
This Council is being asked to consider roadway improvements associated with the Fox Den

approximately $100,000, through a cost-sharing agreement with the City.

Financial Impact
Estimated total project cost: $200,000
Estimated River Stone contribution: 50%, up to approximately $100,000
Estimated City share: approximately $100,000, depending on final scope and pricing.

Funding Source
Not budgeted for FY 2026-27.

Request
Council consideration is requested regarding whether to proceed with the proposed Congress
Parkway/Lee Drive entrance improvements and whether to authorize the City to enter into a
cost-sharing arrangement with River Stone Construction for the project.
