Approval of the February 21, 2024 Regular Meeting minutes

The minutes of the February 21, 2024, regular meeting was approved on motion by
Mayor Sherlin.; seconded by Kenny Charles; vote — unanimous.

Old Business

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business

1. Use on Review request by Mitch Miller for six (6) Multi-Family Residential Dwellings
and efficiency apartments-five on a lot shown as Tax Map 066H Group B Parcel 006.00
and 007.00 located at 123 New Englewood Road zoned B-3 Intensive Business District.

Chairperson Kite swore in Mitch Miller.

Mr. Miller said he looked at remodeling the house that already existed on the property

and it was in pretty bad shape. He wants to do six-plex and make the entrance to Athens

look a little better and bring it up to date. They will all be single bedrooms, six hundred

square feet.
