Agenda Item
XV. b. Preparation for the 2025 Strategic Summit
Summary
Ever
y year, typically during February, the council conducts a strategic summit to discuss general
future city-wide goals and specific departmental budget requests/needs for the upcoming budget.
The 2024 summit was held on Friday, February 15, 2024 at the McMinn County Higher Education
