Scheme A

Scheme A employs a similar traditional design to the existing building of the Athens City Hall. It is
proposed to use similar brick color that is inset between two sections of split face block. Along the

roof line, the use of fiber cement panels to unify the front face of the building and to replicate the
rhythm of the existing building roof line.

A higher roof above the new entry to City Hall Annex, is an homage to the main entrance of the

City Hall building and to create an emphasis of the new entry. There will be new signage on the
front of the new roof line to signify the new entry as well.
