MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

I. Welcome  
a. Roll Call: 
i. Present: Victoria White, Austin Fesmire, Lindsey Ferguson, Becky Simpson, and 
Betty Ruleman 
ii. Absent: Dick Pelley, Mike Keith and Deb Wallace 
II. Approval of Minutes 
a. Motion was made by Lindsey Ferguson, seconded by Becky Simpson, for the approval of 
minutes of the June 21, 2023 meeting. 
Motion carried 
III. New Business 
a. Recap of CG Visit to US – Betty Ruleman provided the Board notes on the visit 
b. Application Process for Sending US Students to Japan – Application draft was submitted 
to the Board for review and discussion. 
IV. The meeting adjourned
