Athens Regional Park Red Brick House - 12:50pm 
 
Matt updated the committee on the bid meeting for the interior and exterior renovation of the red 
brick house at Athens Regional Park. He informed members that the City Council would make a 
decision at the City Council Meeting in January.  
 
Replacing Shellie Stephens on the Little League Board with Leah Goins – 1pm  
 
Larry Rhodes motioned to replace Shellie Stephens with Leah Goins, seconded by Moises 
Contreras. Motion carried.

REPORTS 
 
2025-2026 Youth Basketball Report – Derek Phillips – 1:05pm  
 
Derek presented the 2025-2026 Youth Basketball Reports to the board noting that participation 
continues to grow. From last season to the current, it grew 200 players to 257.
