I. Welcome  
a. Roll Call: 
i. Present: Victoria White, Austin Fesmire, Lindsey Ferguson, Becky Simpson, and 
Betty Ruleman 
ii. Absent: Mike Keith and Dick Pelley 
II. Approval of Minutes 
a. Motion was made by Becky Simpson, seconded by Lindsey Ferguson, for the approval of 
minutes of the February 15, 2023 meeting. 
Motion carried 
III. Reports 
a. Financial report was given to the Board 
IV. New Business 
a. Discuss US Student Visit to CG in 2024 – Discussion 
b. Proclamation from the City of Athens/Greeting from the Mayor – Victoria to take a care 
package in May on her personal visit 
c. Discuss Chinzei Gakuin Visit for July 2023 – 17 Students will be visiting July 13-28, 2023 
V. The meeting adjourned
