1. Downtown Historic Overlay 
a. Results of property owner survey 
 
The Commission unanimously voted to recommend the creation of a downtown historic 
district to the Planning Commission.  
 
NEW BUSINESS 
 
1. Election of Officers 
 
The yearly election of officers was held. The members now serving in those positions are 
as follows: 
 
Chairperson- Shawn McKeehan 
Vice Chairperson- Laura Lenoir 
Secretary- Jona Garrett 
 
2. Certificate of Appropriateness request- 618 Ingleside Avenue- for replacement of 
damaged siding, replacement of exterior stairs, and reconstruction of retaining 
wall. 
 
The Certificate of Appropriateness request was unanimously approved as submitted.
