APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approval of April 4, 2024, regular meeting minutes

The minutes of the April 4, 2024, regular meeting were read and approved on
motion by Laura Lenoir; seconded by Tyler Boyd on the condition that the following
corrections be made; vote — unanimous

Mrs. Lenoir made mention that there was an error in the motion. It says John Proffitt
made the motion under b. Public Comments under item 2. There was not a second

listed either.

Mr. Casteel said they would go back and listen to the recording and correct it.

OLD BUSINESS

1. Brochure discussion

Mr. Boyd recommended when they do decide to print the brochures, that they use

the printing company the McMinn County Historical Society uses for their
newsletters and pamphlets. He said they do a good job.
