IV. F.  Fee Schedule Change s for Baseball/Softball Field Rentals  at Regional Park, 
Heritage Park, Prof Powers Park, and Fisher Field 
 
Overview 
Due to improvements being made to the baseball/softball fields at Regional Park (new artificial 
turf), Heritage Park (complete field renovations and new lighting), Prof Powers Park (updated 
grading and drainage), and Fisher Field (updated grading and drainage), the Parks & Recreation 
Department and the Recreation Advisory Board are recommending the fees to rent these updated 
fields be increased effective February 1, 2026. Those proposed 
fee schedule increases are 
attached (highlighted in red).  
 
Action to Consider 
Consensus is needed to move this item to the January 20, 2026 regular session for consideration.
