3.04.14 SO AS TO ADD SUBSECTION "G" THAT ESTABLISHES THE H -2 HISTORIC OVERLAY DISTRICT 
LIMITS AS BOUNDED BY COLLEGE STREET, GREEN STREET, PARK STREET AND HILL STREET; AND
