ng the December 17, 2024 regular session, the Council voted to demolish North City School. 
Based on that approval, city staff is preparing a bid package to distribute to interested companies 
to obtain competitive bids to pe rform this work. Once  the bi ds are received, they will be presented 
to C
ouncil for conside
ration. 
A Councilmember has requested that the demolition of North City School be reconsidered.
