Overview 
Currently, the city has one vacancy on the McMinn County Library Board out of its three city 
appointed members
 due to the resignation of John Duggan. 
Two city residents have submitted applications for the one vacancy, Jacob Burnette and Amy 
S
ullins, to fill Mr. Duggan’s unexpired 3-year term until June 30, 2026. Please refer to the 
committee notebook to view applications. 
This item was discussed during the December 17, 2024 regular session but no decision was made.
