APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approval of the November 27, 2023, work session minutes

The minutes of the November 27, 2023, work session were approved on motion by Janice
Hardaway; seconded by Sam Stephens; vote — unanimous.

2. Approval of the November 6, 2023, regular minutes

The minutes of the November 6, 2023, regular meeting minutes were approved on motion
by Janice Hardaway; seconded by Sam Stephens; vote — unanimous.

OLD BUSINESS

There was no old business to discuss.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Election of Officers

The meeting was turned over to Mr. Casteel for the election of officers.

Mr. Newberry nominated Jona Garrett for the office of Chairperson; it was seconded by
Mrs. Witt-McMahan. She accepted the nomination. There were no more nominations. All

were in favor.
