2 2. Recommendation on accepting and naming Dupitt Circle into the City Street System MEMORANDUM TO: Ben Burchfield, Public Works Director FROM: April Johnston, Street Superintendent DATE: December 21, 2021 SUBJECT: Dupitt Circle I have been periodically inspecting the Tellico Meadows subdivision during construction and have had communication with McKinney Excavating with any issues that have come up. A Public Works team consisting of Lee Cook, Chris Womac, Ben Burchfield and I proof rolled the street twice on two separate dates. There is a maintenance bond in place for the next 18 months for this portion of the development. It is my recommendation that Dupitt Circle be accepted by Planning Commission to be placed into our street inventory. A full review of this portion of the development will be complete prior to the end of the maintenance bond to ensure there are no quality issues. 71
