The department is requesting Council review and approval of the draft proposal submitted by Stantec to 
provide professional services for the identified transportation projects and authorize the City to enter into 
contract with Stantec to resume continuation of design services immediately. A copy of Stantec’s standard 
contract has been provided to the City Attorney for review and approval as to form. Assuming there are 
no issues or that any alterations can be made, execution will be completed as soon as practicable.
