and evaluation and submit the bid tabulation and other required documentation to the City for review
and approval to award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder.

Additional Services

Any services not specifically provided for in the above scope, as well as any changes in the scope the
City requests, will be considered Additional Services and will be performed at our then current hourly
rates. Additional Services Kimley-Horn can provide include, but are not limited to, the following:

e Additional meetings beyond those outlined in the above scope.
e Additional analysis beyond the scope that is outlined above.
e Additional design beyond the scope that is outlined above.

¢ Additional site visits beyond those outlined in the above scope.
e Construction phase services

e Others as requested by the Client.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CLIENT

We shall be entitled to rely on the completeness and accuracy of all information provided by the Client

or the Client’s representatives. The Client shall provide all information requested by Kimley-Horn during
the project.

FEE AND EXPENSES

Kimley-Horn will perform the services described in Tasks 1 through 4 for the Lump Sum amounts as
shown.

Fees will be invoiced monthly based, as applicable, upon the percentage of services performed or
actual services performed, and expenses incurred as of the invoice date. Payment will be due within
25 days of your receipt of the invoice.
