Task 2 - 90% Plan Set for Client Review
Kimley-Horn will advance the preliminary Plans to a 90% plan set for client review.

Task 2.1 Project Management and Progress Meetings

This task will consist of project management, administrative, and accounting activities for the project.
Coordination activities will consist of preparing and distributing project correspondence, scheduling of
meetings, meeting facilitation, and discussion of project elements with the City throughout the process.
Monthly invoices and progress reports will be provided as part of this task.

Task 2.2 — 90% Civil Engineering Design

Kimley-Horn will advance preliminary Civil Engineering Plans to a 90% plan set for client review. Design
advancement will be based on client feedback as well as feedback from continued coordination with
relevant permitting agencies.

Task 2.3 — 90% Stormwater Design

Kimley-Horn will advance the preliminary stormwater design and hydrology report to 90% completion

including Hydraulic stormwater modeling and including of model results in the Hydrology Report. The
stormwater design will be included in grading plans and details.

Task 2.4 — 90% Landscape Design

Kimley-Horn will advance the preliminary landscape plans to 90% including color-coded landscape
plans, species selections, and planning details.

Task 2.5 — 90% Electrical and Photometric Plan
Kimley-Horn will advance preliminary electrical and photometric plans to 90% for client review.
