Task 1.6 — Preliminary Stormwater Design

Kimley-Horn Understands it is the Client’s desire to re-use existing stormwater pipes and
infrastructure on site. Based on data from the site survey, Kimley-Horn will evaluate location,
capacity, and elevations of the existing stormwater system and design within its constraints to the
greatest extent practical. Additionally, Kimley-Horn Understands it is the clients desire to treat the
water quality storm event on site. Kimley-Horn will provide stormwater treatment design which will be
shown in the prelimainry grading plan and summarized in the preliminary Hydrology Report.

Task 1.6 Deliverables

e Preliminary Hydrology Report including summary of stormwater system and water quality
treatment design.

Task 1.7 — Preliminary Landscape Design

Kimley-Horn will prepare preliminary code minimum Landscape Drawings in accordance with city of
Athens code requirements.

Task 1.7 Deliverables

¢ Preparation of preliminary landscape plan illustrating code required canopy trees, buffers,
vehicular use areas (VUA), and other general information per jurisdiction requirements.

Task 1.8 Preliminary Electrical and Photometric Design

e Kimley-Hom will prepare and submit to client preliminary design drawings that will horizontal
layout/routing of electrical conduits, junction boxes, distribution panels, equipment locations,
electrical service locations, and lighting design.
