APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approval of December 5, 2024, regular meeting minutes

The minutes of the December 8, 2024, regular meeting, were read and approved on
motion by Jordan Curtis; seconded by Jona Garrett; vote — unanimous

OLD BUSINESS

1. Discussion of historic overlay downtown

The Commission discussed the boundary of the proposed downtown historic overlay
and made some changes to the properties included. The Commission also decided to
hold_an additional informational public meeting for the property owners in the

proposed area. Staff will be working on finalizing the details of this meeting and on
notifying owners that it will be taking place.
