APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approval of January 5, 2023 regular meeting minutes

The minutes of the January 5, 2023, regular meeting were read and approved on
motion by Laura Lenoir; seconded by Jona Garrett; vote — unanimous

OLD BUSINESS
1. Brochure discussion

There was discussion about the brochure.

Chairperson Houston said the last time they discussed the brochure and applying for
another grant. However, he said that a more prudent method may be to do the
research throughout the year and then apply for the grant when they are closer to
being finished with the research.

There was more discussion.

Mrs. Cardin said the way they did it last time was they broke the district into
sections and each person had a few properties to research on their own to
contribute to the brochure. However, it was not split evenly amongst the members
last time. She thinks the way it is split up now is pretty even.
