STAFF REPORT ATHENS MUNICIPAL-REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION February 3, 2025 12:00 P.M. CONFERENCE ROOM NEW BUSINESS 1. Public Comments and Final Plat approval for Haley and Collin Shull property shown as part of Tax Map 064 Parcel 082.00 on the Tennessee Real Estate Property Assessment Data Website. The Urban Growth Boundary property is located off County Road 132 and 134 and contains 4.98 acres and three (3) lots. The plat has been reviewed by all Departments and Athens Utilities Board. All certificate signatures have been completed on the plat. Staff recommends approval as submitted.
