Heritage Park LPRF Status 12:29pm 
Heritage Park 50% construction document packets we’re given to the board for review. Matt Siniard 
referenced C101 where the change from three lights to six lights- 4 in the parking lot, one at the 
playground and one at the entrance of the walking trail. Updates will be made to the outfield fence, 
the score table and the options for dugout benches (inground being best option) referencing the last 
page in the packet.

REPORTS 
 
Little League Report 12:45pm 
Derek Phillips informed the board of Little League finishing regular season on 5/24/24. All teams 
played their twelve regular season games, delayed a bit due to weather. All Stars had two teams this 
year for 7/8, both teams lost their first games moving into the loser’s bracket where A team beat B 
team, then A team lost to Karns B Team. Teams 9/10 and 11/12 played over the weekend, 9/10 1-1 
and lost their third game to Maryville and 11/12 team 1-2 for their final three games.  
*Financials will be given in the October meeting.
