SUBJECT: Increase Rogers Group Contract for STBG Paving

In September, Council approved the bid in the amount of $1,066,988.50 for Rogers Group for the
STBG paving project. The final cost ended up being $1,097,731.16 and these costs have been
verified by Mattern & Craig, our engineering consultants. | am requesting that the contract
amount be increased by $30,742.66 to allow for final payment to be made to Rogers Group.

| have provided a resolution to Leslie to allow for this change. Please let me know if you have
any questions regarding this.
