March 1 7, 2026 - Regular Session Board Member McCowan moved to approve the Minutes of March 17, 2026, as presented; Board Member Duggan seconded. APPROVED Roll call vote: YEAS: McCowan, Duggan, Eaton NAYS: None CITIZEN COMMENTS GERMANE TO AGENDA -None- OLD BUSINESS -None- NEW BUSINESS A.
