Upon 
receipt of an executed agreement and notice to proceed, Engineer will prepare a 
Project Execution Plan that will include a detailed schedule of the tasks to be completed 
and the associated durations and dates for completion. Engineer will provide a copy of 
the schedule to Owner and periodic updates as the Project progresses.  
III. Compensation
Engineer will complete the Scope of Services described herein for compensation 
calculated on a “time and materials” basis up to a maximum not-t o-exceed amount 
of $502,000.00. The distribution of the proposed compensation by Project task is 
presented in Table III-1. 
A compensation 
schedule with hourly rates for Engineer’s personnel by classification is 
included in Exhibit C of the Agreement. Reimbursable expenses will be itemized and 
invoiced directly with no mark-up.  In the event Owner requests additional services 
beyond those included in this document, Engineer will provide a written proposal and 
amendment 
request. Engineer will proceed with additional services only after receipt of 
written authorization from Owner.
