Reduction of speed on Ingleside Avenue

Vice Mayor Eaton moved that the speed limit be 30 miles per hour between the downtown
five-point intersection to Tellico Avenue and 40 miles per hour between Tellico Avenue and
Highway 11; Councilmember Witt-McMahan seconded. No discussion. Motion approved.
