Action to Consider 
Motion, second, and vote are needed to approve an  AIA agreement with Wold Architects and 
Engineers to conduct Phase I of the fire station project as described above for a cost of $45,000 
and if approved, conduct Phase II of the fire station project for a cost of 6.5% of the final 
construction cost. A portion of these costs ($3,200,000) have been included in the upcoming FY 
2025-26 Capital Improvement Fund budget and the balance of the cost will be included in the FY 
2026-27 Capital Improvement Fund budget.
