Approval of June 5, 2025 regular meeting minutes The minutes of the June 5, 2025, regular meeting, were read and approved on motion by Laura Lenoir; seconded by Timberly Guffey; vote — unanimous Chairperson Shawn McKeehan moved to have the new business addressed first, since the property owners were present and the discussion on the historic overlay would be lengthier. No one objected. NEW BUSINESS 1. Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) request for Addison and Caitlyn Butler- 708 Ingleside Avenue- for addition of rear screened-in porch. a. Owner Comments b. Public Comments Mrs. Cardin showed the Commission updated pictures of the completed screened- in porch. She said it is not visible from Ingleside Avenue but can be seen from Blount. She said the property owners were not aware that they had to get permission to do this type of work. She said it appears to look similar to another side screened in porch that was existing. 1
