toward a common goal that benefits the organization and the community. | enjoy problem solving and

constructive dialogue to reach the best possible outcomes.

SouthEast Bank Director - 2001 to 2012, United Way Board, Athens YMCA Board, McMinn EDA and

currently McMinn Bond Board, Tennessee Wesleyan University Trustee - 2001 to 2021, currently Crescent

Sock Company board member. (1. can't remember all the dates of service)

4. List civic organizations within Athens and McMinn County of which you are an active
participant: Past member of Kiwanis Club, but presently | am not a member of a civic club.

5. List present and future expectations for the City of Athens: _My present and future
expectations tend to overlap in that | want the City to continue to look for ways to grow and still

take care of the needs we currently have for our community.

6. The dates of board meetings are listed on the attached committee summary. Will your

current employer/occupation allow you the opportunity to attend these meetings on a
regular basis? Yes _X ; No
