Agenda Item VIII. G. Kimley-Horn conducted the study and it was completed during July 2025. The analysis reviewed four intersections (Denso/Milton, I-75 Southbound Ramps, I-75 Northbound Ramps, and Holiday Drive). All intersections are currently operating at acceptable levels of service but the study identified targeted improvements to increase efficiency and traffic coordination. The FY 2025-26 approved Capital Improvement Fund budget contai ns $193,000 for this project. The city’s traffic signal maintenance contractor, Sta nsell Electric, provided a proposal totaling $257,409.15 for this project or $64,409.15 over the estimated budget. This overage amount will come from the Capital Improvement Fund. Following discussion during the September 8, 2025 work session, the consensus was to place this item on the September 16, 2025 regular session consent agenda for approval.
