• Dayton’s regulations found in Title 11: 11-1005. Making obscene drawings. (1) No person shall make,
draw, color, paint, scratch, cut, or otherwise produce any obscene drawing, writing, graffiti, picture, or
other material in public or on a public place, including a public or private building, billboard, utility pole,
wall, sidewalk, roadway, or poster. (2) Every person who is found guilty of violating this section is guilty of
pandering obscenity and shall be punished in accordance with the general penalty clause for this code.
