Once all the information is known, construction drawings could be prepared, bid out, and a general contractor selected. Moving expenses of all furniture and rebuilding the data center would also need to be considered. The existing city hall could be used as a public safety complex for the Fire Department and the Police Department. Renovations/repairs are needed for the existing city hall such as replacement HVAC systems, ADA compliance, IT infrastructure improvements, and code compliance issues.
