Board Member Pelley moved, seconded. Roll call vote: AYES: Curtis, Witt-McMahan, Pelley, Eaton, Sherlin NAYS: None -2- NEW BUSINESS A.) RESTAURANT BEER PERMIT APPLICATION-SOD ENTERPRISES, 105 DECATUR PIKE he Attorney Chris Caldwell addressed the Board that SOD Enterprises is a business that his firm represents. Board Member Eaton moved, Board Member Curtis seconded to accept beer permit for SOD Enterprises. Roll call vote: AYES: Curtis, Witt-McMahan, Pelley, Eaton, Sherlin NAYS: None There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
