A. Discussion of City Hall  
 
Councilmember Sherlin moved to cease all discussion on both buildings being considered 
for the new City Hall; Councilmember Pelley seconded. No discussion.

A. Bid Award for RFB 25-03 of Mowing and Maintenance of City Parks and other 
Properties Including Alternate #1 (Adding Regional Park)  
Huggins Lawn Care - $2,950 per cut for 29 properties 
 
Councilmember Pelley moved to approve; Vice Mayor Curtis seconded. No discussion. 
 
Motion approved.

Westside School Improvements and cancelling the 1984 Funding Agreement 
 
Councilmember Pelley moved to approve the contribution of $1,000,000 per the Finance 
Director’s suggestion and to make no changes to the original contract; Vice Mayor Curtis 
seconded.
