2 Schedule

Engineer will commit the resources necessary to complete the scope of services described herein
in a timely manner and in accordance with the projected milestone schedule presented in Table

2-1.

*Schedule assumes a Notice to Proceed date of 4/16/2025. Schedule
includes a two-day period between each submittal milestone for Owner
review and design review meeting. 100% Design submittal includes a draft
final submittal and a signed and sealed final submittal after review and

approval.

Upon receipt of an executed agreement and notice to proceed, Engineer will prepare a Project
Execution Plan that will include a detailed schedule of the tasks to be completed and the
associated durations and dates for completion. Engineer will provide a copy of the schedule to
Owner and periodic updates as the Project progresses.

3 Compensation

Engineer will complete the Scope of Services described herein for compensation calculated on a
“time and materials” basis up to a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $115,100.00.

A compensation schedule with hourly rates for Engineer's personnel by classification is included
herewith as Attachment A-1. In the event Owner requests additional services beyond those
included in this document, Engineer will provide a written proposal and amendment request.
Engineer will proceed with additional services only after receipt of written authorization from
Owner.

The compensation shown above includes Gresham Smith and subconsultants. Table 3-1 shows
the contract value for each project phase, as well any subconsultants.
