That meeting in regular session this 18th  day of October , 20 22, the Mayor, or City 
Manager in his absence, be a signatory authori ty and, in addition,  authorize the Public Works 
Director as an additional administrative signatory authority as referenced above. 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED  that the City Council assigns both signatory authorities the 
legal responsibility to complete all necessary forms, documents, and declarations as part of the 
City’s NOI for coverage that must be submitted to the State no later than December 1, 2022.
