APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approval of August 1, 2024 regular meeting minutes

The minutes of the August 1, 2024, regular meeting were read and approved on
motion by Tyler Boyd; seconded by Jona Garrett; vote — unanimous

OLD BUSINESS

1. Brochure discussion

Vice Chair Lenoir explained to Mr. White about the brochure and the continuous

research they have done on the Historic District, and they hope to finish the

brochure one day and that is why they keep it on the agenda.

NEW BUSINESS

Before the meeting started the Vice Chair, Laura Lenoir welcomed Mr. Houston and

thanked him for his years of service. She also welcomed the new member, Justin
White.
