a.) Approve Resolution 2024-18

THE PUBLIC ENTITY PARTNERS’ 2024-2025 PROPERTY CONSERVATION MATCHING
GRANT PROGRAM.

b.) Approve Resolution 2024-19

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A WRECKER/TOW SCHEDULE FOR LOCAL
WRECKER/TOWING SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THE CITY OF ATHENS, TENNESSEE

c.) Approve joint application for BlueCross Healthy Places grant with Tennessee
Wesleyan University.

d.) Approve $30,000 contribution for the joint funding of McMinn County Tourism
Director.

e.) Approve purchase of replacement generator and transfer switch utilizing
Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing pricing.

f.) Accept bid from TMA Services for janitorial services at City Hall, Public Works, and
Animal Shelter, effective October 1, 2024.

g.) Approve surplus of Fire & Police Kenwood radios and other unneeded equipment
for the VHF radio system and allow the City Manager to determine the appropriate
option for selling the items.

h.) Approve surplus of accumulated property by the police department and allow
disposal of all items.

i.) Approve $3,200 amendment to the CTI task in the contract with Stantec

j.) Reappoint Wesley Kite to Board of Zoning Appeals

k.) Reappoint Dr. Elizabeth Ruleman to Friendly City Sister Cities Committee

|.) Reappoint Mary Scudder to the Recreation Advisory Board

m.) Reappoint Richy Huston to the Board of Adjustment and Appeals

n.) Reappoint Robert (Bob) Miller to the Recreation Advisory Board

0.) Appoint Jason Miller as an alternate to the Board of Adjustments and Appeals

Councilmember Curtis moved to approve all items as read; Vice Mayor Eaton seconded. No
discussion. Motion approved.
