No Vote. -13- F. Legal Settlement Councilmember Sherlin moved to postpone discussion; Vice Mayor Curtis seconded. Motion approved. Roll call vote: YEAS: Duggan, Sherlin, Curtis, Eaton NAYS: Pelley -14- Councilmember Pelley moved to explore the option to install a splash pad and heritage park; Councilmember Sherlin seconded. Councilmember Pelley started the discussion by supporting the idea of splash pad installations. Mayor Eaton stated that the purpose of the Parks and Recreation Board is to recommend.
