Councilmember Duggan asked Mayor Eaton to postpone discussion until the April 7, 2025

Councilmember Sherlin moved to postpone discussion; Vice Mayor Curtis seconded.

Councilmember Pelley moved to explore the option to install a splash pad and heritage 
park; Councilmember Sherlin seconded. Councilmember Pelley started the discussion by 
supporting the idea of splash pad installations. Mayor Eaton stated that the purpose of the Parks 
and Recreation Board is to recommend. Councilmember Sherlin wants the Council to explore the

Whiting asking him to settle; there being no second, Motion died.

Councilmember Pelley moved to investigate why he is being charged for public records 
requests; Councilmember Sherlin seconded. Councilmember Sherlin referred to the discussion 
during the City Council's Regular Session on February 18, 2025, regarding the opinion from the 
Open Records Counsel.
