Gresham Smith will provide the respective project submittal documents as detailed below in electronic 
format via the Newforma File Management System. 
 
Additional required services outside the limits of the scope detailed above may be supplemented later. 
Based on the above-mentioned items the engineer will be billing a lump sum amount of $95,547.00 the 
scope and fee for any additional services will be agreed upon in writing by both the Engineer and the 
Owner before beginning work.
