PUBLIC WORKS Additionally, three change orders addressed routine park repair and maintenance items. Because the contractor was already mobilized onsite and the work needed to be completed before project closeout, completing this work through the existing contract was the most cost- effective approach. The following repair and maintenance items included: • $8,258.51 Replace water line from meter to pavilion which was leaking under the parking lot. • $4,720.00 Repair and replace stones which had broken loose from the base of columns supporting the pavilion. • $3,761.00 Install new conduit and electrical wire from the pavilion to the flagpole and replace light fixture at the flagpole.
